We very much value the relationships we have with our customers and, except as noted regarding our business partner, Weather Analytics, do not share your information with other companies, marketers, mass mailers, etc. People from other firms do see customer information - programmers, people who process our newsletters and such, but only to help us serve our customers better. We don't sell or share customers lists with other businesses.

We collect information from visitors and customers in order to make the web site easier to navigate (it remembers what you fill in certain forms to pre-fill other forms) and of course, we collect information in order to process orders. When you send credit card numbers, it is over a secure connection and is sent directly to our merchant account bank.

Cookies are small files stored on your computer to collect information which is used to personalize the site when you return. We do not use cookies to collect personal information about you. However, we do use temporary session cookies to enable page-to-page navigation within the site. These cookies are erased when you close your browser.

We may use aggregated IP addresses from various users of this site to analyze trends, and provide for the administration and upkeep of the site. Such IP addresses are not linked to your personal data. This privacy policy applies only to information collected on this website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices and policies of other websites that may be linked to this site. Weather Analytics

We do share information with our business partner, Weather Analytics. Weather Analytics provides services that are an extension of ours. While we provide historical data, Weather Analytics provides forecast data. We share this information so that you will be better served.
